Here is a project I recently did for a client of mine Mark Boomershine. Mark supplied the artwork as a digital file. Then ImageLink in Atlanta, GA printed the image on an HP5000 using UV Ink to avoid color fading in sunlight. The digital file was imaged onto an Archival quality artist stretch canvas suitable for stretching and framing. After the print was finished Mark Boomershine then stretched the digitally printed art reproduction. Boomershine, through a large format archival printing process fuses new
technologies with old master painting techniques to achieve a unique contrast of mediums that add to the overall experience of one of his works.
Mark also shared with me the fact that the painting is actually his grandfather.
